Biography

Major Meghan Dailey is a U.S. Air Force Physician Assistant currently transitioning to the 352d Special Operations Theater Air Operations Squadron, RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom. She most recently served as the Director of Physical Health Operations for the 692d Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group’s Airman Resiliency Team at Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam, where she provided medical leadership and resiliency strategies for 3,000 joint personnel supporting 24/7 ISR operations across three combatant commands. In this role, she launched a Commander’s Resiliency

Dashboard, expanded partnerships with Navy and NSA-Hawaii, and directed enterprise efforts to enhance readiness and wellness. Previously, she practiced at Little Rock AFB, where she led the base Public Health Operations Center during the COVID-19 response.

Major Dailey began her Air Force career as a Space Operations Officer at Cape Cod AFS, commanding missile warning crews and later directing squadron standardization and evaluation. She is a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and serves on the USAF Lifestyle Performance Medicine Working Group, integrating prevention and performance optimization into Air Force healthcare.
