Biography

Captain Maren Smith is a board-certified Physician Assistant serving at 341st Medical Group, Malmstrom Air Force Base. As a medical provider for 341st Operational Medical Readiness Squadron, Captain Smith oversees a Patient Centered Medical Home team of five staff members to deliver well, routine, acute, and preventative medical care to 1,400 Active Duty, Air National Guard, and Reserve members through 7,500 annual patient visits. Captain Smith served as a Radiology Technologist during her enlisted career and graduated from the Interservice Physician Assistant Program in 2020. Prior to her current assignment, Captain Smith served as a family medicine provider for 341 Healthcare Operations Squadron and completed her 12-month clinical rotations at Eglin Air Force Base.
