Director of Outreach

Biography

The Director of Outreach is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and managing outreach initiatives that promote the visibility, engagement, and growth of the Society of Air Force Physician Assistant Organization. This individual will serve as a primary liaison to healthcare organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, humanitarian companies, and the broader community to foster relationships, advocate for the profession, and advance the organization’s mission.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Outreach Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies to increase awareness of the PA profession and the organization’s initiatives.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare providers, educational programs, policymakers, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
Member Engagement: Promote active member participation through targeted communication, events, and collaborative projects.
Event Coordination: Plan and oversee outreach events, conferences, workshops, and community health initiatives that support the organization’s goals.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the organization’s leadership, committees, and staff to align outreach efforts with organizational priorities.
