Biography

Currently serving as a Flight Med Physician Assistant with the 62nd Medical Squadron at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Capt Abigail Till is passionate about aerospace medicine and advancing the physician assistant profession within the U.S. Air Force. She previously served at Nellis Air Force Base, where she gained experience in Family Health, Warrior Medicine, and Flight Medicine, and deployed to Chabelley Airfield, Djibouti, in support of operational medical missions.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University before being selected for the Health Professions Scholarship Program in 2019. She went on to receive her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. Coming from a proud military family, she is committed to supporting service members through operational medicine while fostering education, mentorship, and professional growth.

As SAFPA’s Director of Outreach, Capt Till is excited to strengthen relationships with external organizations and increase awareness of the unique capabilities and contributions of Air Force Physician Assistants. Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, she enjoys reading, staying active, and playing golf in her free time.
