Justin Haller, MSPAS, PA-C

Biography

Justin Haller is a Physician Assistant currently serving as the Element Chief for the Air Force Basic Training Clinic at Lackland AFB, Texas. He began his Air Force career in 2014 as a Aerospace Medical Technician and was promoted to NCO prior to his selection for the Interservice Physician Assistant Program (IPAP). During his early enlisted years, he served in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine clinics at Lackland and held the additional role of the Commander’s Executive Assistant.

Since commissioning as a PA, Justin has served in multiple clinical and leadership roles, including as a Primary Care Manager for the Dependent Clinic at Hurlburt Field and currently as a Trainee Health PA and Element Chief at Lackland AFB. He recently returned from a deployment to Djibouti, Africa, where he served as Medical Director, advocating for resources and making critical decisions under pressure.

His leadership experience spans a variety of key roles, including Flight Commander, IPAP Liaison at two bases, and 42G CMRP/Functional and Training Manager. Most notably, he served as the 2025 Air Force Physician Assistant Readiness Course Liaison on the SAFPA Board of Directors, where he directed the lecture series, coordinated logistics, secured funding, and engaged senior leaders. Justin is committed to advancing the PA profession and is honored to represent Air Force PAs in the AAPA House of Delegates.
