Biography

Capt Miller is an active-duty United States Air Force Physician Assistant and Aeromedical Provider currently assigned to Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas. A prior-enlisted Airman with over 17 years of total service, she brings a decade of emergency medicine experience as a paramedic and emergency department clinician, now applied to operational and flight medicine. As a Primary Care Manager in one of the Air Force’s highest-volume training environments, she delivers comprehensive care to a diverse population while directly supporting flying operations, medical readiness, and deployment preparation.

In addition to her clinical duties, Capt Miller is actively engaged in professional development and policy advocacy efforts aimed at improving provider utilization, readiness, and healthcare delivery across the Air Force. She is passionate about advancing the role of Physician Assistants in operational medicine and is committed to developing innovative, sustainable solutions that enhance both patient outcomes and mission capability.

Outside of her military service, Capt Miller is a dedicated mother to her son, Wyatt, who continues to be a constant source of motivation and perspective.
