Biography

My name is Jamie Virden, and I’m currently serving as a Primary Care Manager at Ramstein Air Base. I began my Air Force journey in 2009, initially serving as an Aviation Resource Manager for six years before being selected for a Developmental Special Duty assignment as a recruiter. It was during that time that I applied to the Interservice Physician Assistant Program and was honored to be selected in 2018. I am a Society of Dermatology PA Diplomate and recently completed a DMSc in Education through the University of Lynchburg. I’m married to my amazing husband, Alex, and together we’ve had the privilege of being stationed at Barksdale, Hickam, JBLM, JBSA, USAFA, and now Ramstein. We have two wonderful children, Jack and Mila.
